EXPO - The Nature of Equilibriums - Sylvain Gouraud

Cours de Verdun - 33000 Bordeaux

After fifteen years of research with actors in the agricultural world, Sylvain Gouraud presents La nature des équilibres as an exhibition and a conference-show. Photographs, testimonies and stories compose a sensitive immersion into landscapes shaped by agricultural practices. Through this long-term work, the artist questions our relationship to the land, farming know-how and transformations of living beings, revealing tensions between technical progress, working gestures and fragile balances.
